This course provides students with the theoretical and practical knowledge they need to develop skills for inclusive leadership. Students will examine how their experiences have shaped their ability to lead across multiple dimensions of difference, including generational, racial, ethnic, and gender differences. Students will also explore diversity leadership competencies and learn about equality and diversity for growing teams and impacting organizations. Students will be given opportunities to identify and address disparities that exist within personal and professional spaces. The goal of this course is to empower students to grow and apply the strategies necessary to become inclusive leaders.
