Overview of the Construction industry and the principal Management functions required throughout a project’s lifecycle from conceptual planning through closeout including control of time, cost, quality, safety, and contractual risk. Students who complete this course will be prepared to meaningfully and productively interact with construction industry players whether they ultimately opt to contribute in a design, supplier, or construction management capacity.
